Experience the gallery’s latest exhibit running until October 19
Timid Timothy Illustrations by Della Kasarda Romanow will be displayed from October 2-19 at the gallery.
A reception will take place at the gallery on October 12 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm with a welcome talk at 1:30pm.

Get ready to time travel every weekend this summer at the Park House Museum! Whether you’re a history buff, a curious kid, or simply looking for something unique to do downtown, the Park House Museum has something for everyone.

- October 11: Public Paranormal Investigation with PO3 Paranormal. Pre-registration is required.
- October 17-18: All Hallows Eve Candlelit Tours at 6pm, 7pm, 8pm. Pre-registration is required.
- October 24-25: Historic Hauntings Tours at 6pm, 7pm, 8pm. Pre-registration is required.

OCTOBER 18-19: Be Your Best Holistic Harvest Event
Come and enjoy a holistic event filled with Halloween activities for the whole family with R4 Wellness.
Face painting, pumpkin painting, trick or treating, and many other activities. Try one of the many different modalities like Reiki, Reflexology, Access Bars, massage, Indie Head massage, Biofiled energy scans, tarot/oracle readers and tea leaf readers.

OCTOBER 19: 2nd Annual Trunk or Treat
Bryerswood Youth Camp hosts their second annual Trunk or Treat event on October 19th from 12pm to 3pm.
Collect candy, participate in gun Halloween themed games for prizes and join in on not-so-spooky activities – no scares, just lot’s of fun!
This is a free event with no registration required for kids to participate.

OCTOBER 25: Pumpkinfest 2025
The annual Pumpkinfest vendor extravaganza returns to North Star High School on Saturday, October 25.
This year they are including Christmas with over 200 vendors filling the cafeteria, gym, hallways and the outdoors. Plus, enjoy culinary classes preparing fresh homemade lunches and treats.

OCTOBER 26: Hawktoberfest at Holiday Beach Conservation Area
On Sunday, October 26, members, friends, and all birdwatchers are welcome to the tower at Holiday Beach Conservation Area.
Witness the migration up close, meet experts from the Holiday Beach Migration Observatory and share the excitement of the October hawk migration.

OCTOBER 30: Strange Tales of the South Shore screening
Strange Tales of the South Shore presents a Devils Night screening of Texas Road & The Magician of Boblo.
Come watch two episodes of the new urban legend series “Strange Tales of the South Shore” and meet the filmmakers and cast, taking place at The Fort Fun Center in Amherstburg.
