NOVEMBER 16 - JANUARY 5: River Lights Winter Festival

Experience the magic of River Lights Winter Festival!

This beloved annual event features hundreds of twinkling lights illuminating the historic downtown and waterfront until January 5, 2025. Stroll through the two main parks downtown and check out our dazzling displays!

Stop by the Gingerbread Warming House in Toddy Jones (open weekends until December 22) for crafts, treats and a place to warm up from the cold.

DECEMBER 21: Winter Solstice Candle Labyrinth at Sprucewood Shores

Join Sprucewood on the darkest night of the year to walk the candle labyrinth and welcome back the sun!

Created with almost 500 candles, the labyrinth will take place in the big event hall at Sprucewood Shores Estate Winery on Saturday, December 21 from 6:00pm to 8:30pm.

Cash donations to the Welcome Shelter for Women and the winery will be open for hot apple cider, hot chocolate, mulled wine, wine, food and seasonal treats!

Be TRUE to you! Amherstburg welcomes back TRUE Fest on Saturday, January 25 at 6:00pm.

Visit for a FREE disco dance party on the downtown streets of Amherstburg.

Experience the charisma, uniqueness, and talent of Dulce, Edie Violet, Vanity Affair, and Zsa Zsa as they light up the stage with dazzling drag queen performances. Fire Guy Show will also be here delivering jaw-dropping fire and glow performances in the streets that will leave you in awe.
