Exhibitions:

• October 15 to November 1: The Haunted Station

  They say the Gibson Gallery has a few permanent residents. Long before it became an art gallery, the building served as a Michigan Central Railway station. Over the years, visitors and volunteers have shared stories of unexplained sounds, strange encounters, and things that simply can’t be explained. And in a town with a haunted reputation like Amherstburg, maybe that’s not so surprising.

• November 19 to December 13: Holiday Artisan Shoppe
  

  Discover one-of-a-kind gifts and handmade treasures crafted by local artisans at the annual Holiday Artisan Shoppe. From November 19 to December 13, the historic Gibson Gallery transforms into a festive boutique filled with art, decor, and seasonal delights. Find the perfect present while supporting local creativity this holiday season.

Workshops:

• October 16, 23, 30, 1-2:30pm: Creative Writing Poetry with Jacqueline Denis

  Please join teacher Jacqueline Denis as she guides you through producing a creative writing poem. Oct 16, 23, 30 from 1 – 2:30 pm. Please indicate on the form which days you will be attending.

• October 16, 23, 30, 6-8pm: Abstract Art with Jacqueline Denis

  Bring your imagination to abstract art classes with Jacqueline Denis. All material supplied, no experience needed. October 16, 23, 30 from 6 – 8 pm.

• November 6, 7-9pm: Macrame Gnomes with Leslie Alexander

  Try your hand at tying knots into an adorable hanging gnome. Beginners welcome. You will learn 3 different knots and go home with a gnome. All material is supplied. Nov 6 from 7-9 pm.
