The Gibson Gallery invites members to take part in a special exhibition celebrating two important milestones: the 130th anniversary of the historic Michigan Central Railroad Station and the reopening of the Caboose Museum. Running from October 1 to 11, this commemorative exhibition explores Amherstburgâs rich transportation history and the stories that helped shape our community.

October 15 to November 1: The Haunted Station
They say the Gibson Gallery has a few permanent residents. Long before it became an art gallery, the building served as a Michigan Central Railway station. Over the years, visitors and volunteers have shared stories of unexplained sounds, strange encounters, and things that simply can’t be explained. And in a town with a haunted reputation like Amherstburg, maybe that’s not so surprising.
