One of the most anticipated events of the year is back. Friday – Sunday, September 20-22.
Step into a world where steampunk meets magic. Gears, gadgets and enchantments abound at our extraordinary event.
Dress up in your favorite wizardry or steampunk cosplay costume and join us for a weekend filled with fun. Expect more buskers, live performances, games, vendors & downtown businesses open to serve you and wackier – than – ever fun filled days. You will want to return every single day so you don’t miss a thing!
FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 20: 5:00pm-10:00pm
- 5:00pm – 10:00pm: Uncommon vendors lining the streets and park
- 5:00pm – 10:00pm: Butterbeer in King’s Navy Yard Park ($) *Proceeds support the Amherstburg Mission*
- 5:00pm – 10:00pm: Games in the park including wacky golf, croquet and wizard ball toss
- 5:00pm – 10:00pm: Join us for a game of Wizard Bingo!
- 5:00pm – 10:00pm: Make your Uncommon button at Ollimander’s Button Shop ($)
- 5:00pm – 10:00pm: Have your hand at Bad Axe Throwing ($)
- 5:00pm – 8:00pm: Science Expert led children’s activities at the WFCU Credit Union Wizard Academy
- 5:00pm – 8:00pm: Pink House Pottery – workshops at 6pm & 8pm ($)
- 5:00pm – 8:00pm: Owls, falcons and more with Kingsport Environmental Falconry Services (Stage show at 5pm)
- 6:00pm: Magician Show with Ron Gudel
- 7:00pm: A mesmerizing journey with the Motor City Hypnotist
- 8:30pm: Windsor Symphony Orchestra performs

- 7:00pm: The Motor City Hypnotist returns for his second show today
- 9:00pm: A sky full of twinkling dancing stars at the region’s FIRST Drone Light Show!

In the spirit of Dobby the elf, we are collecting brand new socks as well as non-perishable snacks at the Sock Tree during Amherstburg Uncommon Festival.
